About The Position

LOCATION: Airport City, Lod



The Global Product-Marketing Manager leads the product development pipeline from strategic phase through product development and production phases up to commercial launch:

·         Analyze product requirements and product development programs; prepare return-on-investment analyses; set timeline and workflow with engineering, innovation and manufacturing sides

·         Project Management: lead projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Product Innovation, Engineering, Consumer Insight, Economics, Operations, QA, Marketing etc.

·         Market Savvy: profound understating of global retail (markets and consumers) and execution of new products accordingly

·         Commercial Mind-set: lead product pricing, market research data insights; link production and sales costs to global demand planning

·         Launch and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, communication, and production teams


  • Extensive Product development experience
  • FMCG / Food & beverage industry experience strong advantage
  • Global experience and mind-set– a must
  • English mother tongue level – a must
  • Project management experience and effective people management skills, coordinating multiple stakeholders across multiple markets
  • Proven experience in making things happen!
  • Exceptional inter personal and people management abilities; great connector and facilitator
