Sales and Trade Marketing Manager

About The Position

The sales and trade marketing manager will facilitate the development of the brand in Argentina by leading our trade marketing activities and running our channels. 


  • Lead the sales development and execution across key national accounts
  • Work across Electronics and Food channels; develop existing businesses for growth as well as open new doors
  • Propose, negotiate and execute annual business plans with all key retailers
  • Ensure ‘best in class' in-store execution across all retailers
  • Implement annual sales and promotional plans to achieve top-line targets for assigned accounts
  • Develop strong partnerships with designated accounts by having intimate knowledge of their processes and activities to maximize opportunities
  • Prepare and ensure the achievement of the company’s sales goals and overall objectives
  •  Develop creative programs that drive POS revenues, secure additional real estate, increase profitability and retail turns that are aligned with customer objectives
  • A-Z responsibility on trade marketing - merchandising, in-store activities, POP Materials, trade events and retailers promo activities

Requirements

  • Excellent Master’s degree in Business, Economy or related fields of study
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales accounts and Trade Marketing in FMCG, Food & Beverage or Small Domestic Appliances.
  • Good project management skills
  • Track record of successful personal and occupational projects
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, relationship building skills
  • Highly skilled in organization with an independent leadership work style
  • Excellent English
